Commercial architecture
You have property and money to spend on it. You want the money you spend to at least be added to the value of the property, otherwise you might as well sell the property and buy something bigger or in a better area.
Unlike your average architect whose main focus is design, my USP is Cost. I know how much things Cost and will either build it for you myself or, if you prefer to keep the architect and the builder separate, make sure someone else will build it for the right Cost.
