20 detached houses in rural west Wales for Woodstock Homes. Timber-frame construction with brick external skins allowed very quick construction times (timber frame allows the internals to be fitted out at the same time as the slower brickwork contruction).

Design included site layout and infrastructure design (the road layout and construction specification, the electrical and gas supply routes and the sewer and manhole design).
