Cargo, Millbay, Plymouth

A redevelopment project for English Cities Fund (funded by SWRDA), I was with Ferguson Mann architects when I worked on this. The site is next to the sea in an industrial semi-wasteland being redeveloped, plot by plot, by ECF.

I was responsible for most of the detailed technical design on the £17M project. The construction included timber frame, concrete frame, steel frame, brick, rendered insulation, copper and zinc cladding.

The project won RIBA South West Housing Schemes Award 2009.
