A double corner plot in a desirable north Bristol suburb offered the opportunity to add another house. Designed in a traditional style to ensure a smooth passage through planning.

Of course the new anti-garden-grabbing reclassification will affect the ability to do projects such as these but this must be put in the context of housing requirement. In my view, the issue is more related to rural development than suburban.
