St Francis Church, Southville, Bristol

A feasibility study for Diocese of Bristol carried out whilst working for Ferguson Mann.

The disposal of church hall was intended to fund improvements and new facilities to the main church.

The design subdivided hall and proposed new units in the open space adjacent.

Notional valuation of profit and cost also included.
