No building work but a complete house refurbishment for a young couple.

The work included; new windows, boiler, electrics, kitchen, bathrooms, roof repairs, redecoration inside and out, garden remodelling, oak flooring throughout ground floor, removal of ceiling in back bedroom to allow velux installation and to increase sense of space.

The house later sold in 2007 for 7% above local OMV. In other words, it increased in value by 7% more than just the rising market prices.
