Templebridge, Temple Back, Bristol

The project that took me from Ferguson Mann Architects to Westmark – from consultant to being the client. I produced the building regulations, tender and most of the construction package before being recruited to project manage at Westmark.

The project was built under a bespoke design and build contract by Carillion who were also building the 120,000sqft offices adjacent for Westmark's sister company.
